What right do some people think they have to destroy other people's property?  I really do not get it. Have your opinions and have your beliefs,  great, wonderful, but what the hell makes people think they can aggressively push their opinions and beliefs on other people? In my view, they are no better than the people they are violently  protesting against. But that is just my view and vent. Have a great day! =Þ

So, I'm transferring from my current team to a more elite team at my job. I know this will be a great move for me. The Supervisor on that team is already talking about setting a plan of action for my development considering I'm going to be the KPHC expert on the PHD team , that team also tends to get 1-2% more when it comes to raises and the % of people that promoted out of that team to a much better position outside the IT help desk or even with in the IT help desk is much higher, or so I've been told. Anyway, I have so much training coming my way and I'm very excited. I think this will be a good move for me and will tame my restlessness at work. I'm going to  miss the people on my old team, but I pretty much know all my new team members and get along well with them. It's a big step for me and so much more to learn. I REALLY can't wait.  I guess the best part of it all was to know that both teams supervisors were fighting to have me on their team. It's a good feeling.
